Use of superimposition of scan images at full mouth restoration for severely resorbed ridges: A clinical report
Lee Yang-Jin

Abstract
Fixed or removable restoration has to be selected based on the strict indication because fixed restoration could usually make unintentional problems at severely resorbed ridges. When a fixed restoration is chosen according to patient¡¯s hope, however, complications such as poor support of soft issues, biomechanical problems from cantilevers, and inappropriate position of abutments were prepared in advance. This clinical report describes about the use of superimposed scan images to minimize complications of severely atrophied fully edentulous patient during abutment selection and follow-up.
